1947 Farmall Cub, seriel # 2433. One of the very earliest cubs in production. This tractor is all original with one small exception, at some point someone painted a small section on the front of the hood but a pressure washer took almost all of that off exposing the original paint. The sheet metal is extremely straight yet. The tractor runs fantastic and needs nothing mechanically. It would be a shame to paint one like this, the nicer originals are getting harder to find, especially the earlier versions. This has the original lights on it yet, the original battery box is in great shape along with the toolbox. Very nice original seat with minor fraying around the back edges. Excellent operators platform with all nice gauges yet. I believe the front tires are still original and they are in great shape, the rear tires are definately original and have probably 85% of the original tread left with no weatherchecking. The tractor has a pto, it also has a very nice all original two way moldboard plow on the back that works great. The plow is also complete including the back "wing" extentions, the coulters are in excellent shape yet. Moldboards are all shined up-I plow my garden with it and it works great. The plow has it's own lift which includes a helper spring and it handles very easy just like IH intended.
